WHAT IT IS LIKE IN A WILLIAM BLOOM WORKSHOP
FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO DO NOT KNOW MY WORK, I want to reassure you about several things:
- These trainings are emotionally literate, experiential and grounded in common sense.
- They support and enhance the best leadership, counselling, coaching, therapy and healing strategies.
- They work with the classic tools of spiritual practice brought into a modern context.
- You can use and adapt the approaches immediately, and share them with clients, patients, colleagues, friends and family.
- For some people, they do bring immediate transformations and peak insights.
- For others, they are ongoing support in your toolbox of essential life skills.
I also know that your time is precious and that weekends are when you
relax and revitalise, so I work hard to create an ambience that is
enjoyable, productive and regenerating. I always work with centering
and calming strategies, which enable more effective learning. So, come
prepared to relax and to learn at the same time.
These trainings are dedicated to supporting, developing and fulfilling you, so that you in turn can better give to the world.
Inner peace as easy as breathing. William Bloom has an encyclopaedic knowledge of meditation. The Independent

| FAQ
Q: This is my first ever workshop. What should I expect?
A: Like most workshops it will be a mixture of mini-lectures, exercises, partner and small group work, feedback and discussion.
Q: Will I be forced to do anything I do not want to.
A: Absolutely not. I respect and encourage you to say 'no' when it doesn't feel right for you.
Q: How big are the groups.
A: The maximum number is usually set by the size of the room. Up to a 100.That said, there may only be 10.
Often with this work, large groups work better than small groups. A
large group means that it is very difficult for single individuals to
hijack the dynamic and people can also easily relax into anonymity, not
forced to engage with the whole circle. At the same time, there are
many paired exercises and opportunities for reflection with other
people. I try to do all this with a very light facilitation.
At the same time, a small group can allow space for greater depth. Its usually not an issue for me or the group.
