We collect the following (mostly anonymous) information through Google Analytics regarding visitors to this website: IP address, information regarding which pages are accessed etc and we use this information to track user activity to enable us to improve our online services.
Where voluntarily supplied by visitors through our newsletter signup or online contact form, we also collect personal information such as email addresses and names. These details are securely stored on Mailchimp lists and / or on secure systems in our offices.
If you choose to supply personal contact details, we will use this information to provide you only with the services or information that you have requested.
Contact data held will be used solely by the Spiritual Companions Trust, and will not be passed on, or transferred to, third parties, except where we request your permission to do so, or under special circumstances where we are legally required to do so.
If your contact details change, or you wish us not to send you further information, you can contact us via the online form.
You have the right to amend your details at any time. We also recognise your right to unsubscribe, to see what details we are holding on you and the right to be forgotten. Please just contact us. We make every effort to comply with the requirements of GDPR (2018).
